I'm in Quiet Town

I didn't think that I was super stressed about school. I have to write a paper for my Shakespeare class. Correction, I have to write a kick-a paper for my Shakespeare class so I can get an A because I didn't do so hot on my midterm, whoops. And I have several several projects and papers due in the next couple weeks. You know how some people get done with midterms then coast for a while until finals? Not me:( Instead the work load seems to be growing exponentially. But apparently I'm not dealing with it as well as I thought as I kept Ally and Amber up most the night talking about school in my sleep. I kept exclaiming that I was late to class. I even tried to wake Jadyn up for class in the middle of the night.

haha but the best was this morning when Ally's alarm clock went off and I tried to wake her up. Usually I'm a little grumpy in the morning and Ally is super nice but this time I was waking her up gently rubbing her shoulder and saying, "Come on Ally baby, wake up for class." I was really surprised when the second time I touched her shoulder she jerked away from me glaring. I've never seen a glare like that, dang seriously it was quite terrifying. But apparently I wasn't as nice as I thought I was being. I must have been half asleep because according to Amber and Ally I tried to wake up Ally for around twenty minutes not hearing her as she said repeatedly, "I'm not going to class!" getting angrier each time as I persisted in trying to wake her up. haha whoops. As Amber said to me today, "Joni get your homework done so I can get some sleep at night." So I guess I should stop blogging and continue working on my Shakespeare final. Goodbye.

People always say blah blah blah nothing good happens after eleven, right? mehhh. Ally and I just made a campfire complete with smores and had a really good talk. Most of the times that come to mind where I have truly bonded with people, it's been late at night. It's true, it's probably because your tired. So you let your guard down and let people in a little more. But as long as your not in a risk-ay situation I say heyay give 11:01 and past, a break once and a while.

Also, part of my hair is now red.

I got my hurr cut today. It's short. I may be wearing hats erreyday until I get used to it. but hey, i usually do that anyways. And uh, 19 days left of school. That makes me wanna throw up. There are many many projects to do, papers to write, and quizzes to take in nineteen days. barf.

I love chilly, rainy, blustery fall days where the leaves are bright and plastered to the sidewalk and the mountains tops are hidden by a blanket of swarthy cloud. Days like to today are the reason why fall is my favorite season.
Most people would think of summer when hearing this song probably. But for me, fall comes to mind.


So I've gotten in this bad habit lately of getting up half an hour before I'm supposed to be in class. Don't get me wrong the extra fifteen minutes of sleep is greatly appreciated but it leaves me as an unshowered, makeup free, hat clad person wearing torn skinny jeans with my Hans Solo shirt peeking out from under Joe's jacket. Then I come home from class and work only to shower and have like less then ten people see me in my clean state. hmmm. I guess it's a positive that the shower happens sometime right. and I did put my contacts in today...
