I have a goal to try at least one new thing a week. Be it double dutch (this past saturday), a visit to a nearby church of another faith, a new menu item off a familiar restaurant, etc
Scratch that last new thing, I am not going out to eat out anymore because it breaks the bank, hello Ramen.
I am working on not holding back when I meet new people.

After three years of working in a dungeon full of abandoned computer parts from the seventies, I finally got another job. The pay cut is compensated by actual windows in the workplace.

I got un-attached to my phone and the computer this summer. I couldn't see why it used to be such a big deal anymore. Then I came back to school and realized it's such a big deal because everything in life is digital. It was satisfactory to be on a ranch where there was no need for a computer. It was lovely to have real experiences un-encumbered by digital backbone.
I am keeping track of my life experiences right now by writing Ally frequent six page letters to Taiwan.
I grew a centimeter this summer.
