so i turned in my art portfolio with which i'm applying. as i looked over it i was disgusted. all i saw was a complete lack of creativity. all the art was from the classes i've been taking and all i saw was the restrictions or qualifications my professors put on it. i fully expect not to get in because i don't feel like i pushed any rules or broke any boundaries. i was a good little student that did what was expected of me. blah.
oh well, try again next time. maybe it'll be better this way then i'll actually have time to do art that i want and develop a personal style instead of being pushed into many. who knows, maybe i'll still get in? only time can tell.
